By accessing or using Atelier Studio's AI-powered 3D floor plan visualization service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Atelier Studio provides an AI-powered platform that transforms 2D floor plans into photorealistic 3D dollhouse visualizations. Our Service includes:

• Floor plan image upload and processing
• AI-generated 3D visualization output
• Project organization and management
• Image download in various quality levels

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Generation Limits

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of monthly generations. Unused generations do not roll over to the next billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to use
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the floor plans you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Output

You own the 3D visualizations generated from your floor plans and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use in real estate marketing.

Our Property

The Service, including its technology, branding, and AI models, remains our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Processing times for 3D generation are estimates and may vary based on system load and complexity of floor plans.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATELIER STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

AI-generated visualizations are approximations and may not perfectly represent actual spaces. Users should verify output for critical applications.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atelier Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
